Meet Your Inspector
Mike Barnes
As a proud US Army veteran and InterNACHI-certified home inspector, I bring military discipline and real-world expertise to every inspection. I spent 21 years as a Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic (now retired from firefighting, still an active paramedic), during which I studied building construction in depth and performed hundreds of residential and commercial inspections.

I'm also SPRK-certified for solar inspections, NFPA Life Safety Code certified, a licensed appraiser with 9 years of experience, and an FAA-certified drone operator for hard-to-reach areas.

I thoroughly inspect every detail of your property, with professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication as top priorities. My detailed reports help you make informed decisions with confidence. Reach out to schedule an inspection—I look forward to working with you!
